Walking Humbly with Christ

There are all kinds of stories, theories and beliefs about heaven. The simple fact is no one knows for sure what heaven will be like. The Gospels remind us that God’s ways are not ours and the rules we think are appropriate are not the ones God follows. No matter what we think heaven is like, we will be surprised when we die. We believe that this life is not the end but just a preparation for the next life. Rather than worry about what heaven will be like, our focus should be on Jesus’s command to love one another. If we practice this simple command, God will take care of the rest.
