Out of the depths I cry to you, OH LORD; LORD, hear my voice! –Psalm 130:1
Sanctuary Guild Meeting
The Sanctuary Guild will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 8th at 1:00 PM in Gorman Library.
We’ve arranged with the Munster Theatre for lunch and the show “Miracle on South Division Street.” The date is Wednesday, May 28th and the price is $48.00. We will begin taking reservations at our April 8th meeting and in the vestibule of Holy Ghost Church on Saturday, April 12th, and every weekend thereafter with a deadline of Sunday, May 4th.
We’ll hold our business meeting on April 8th, discuss affairs of the Guild and enjoy refreshments offered by Chairlady of Hospitality, Nancy Cleve. Nancy takes on the functions performed over the years by Rosemary Urban who is stepping down from that position.
Thank you very much, Rosemary, for your years of providing plates, napkins, forks, coffee and treats for the Sanctuary Guild meetings and getting it all set up.

We will have Stations of the Cross next Friday, April 11th, starting at 7:00 PM.

Walking Humbly with Christ
Make the World a Better Place
Our faith must be expressed in actions. It is not enough to pray for the poor asking God to take care of them. We are the hands of God and if the poor are not helped, it is our failure, not God’s Faith that does not impel us to action is not really faith. We are just using it to avoid our own responsibility for the troubles of the world. We cannot right every wrong but each of us can do something to make the world a better place. What have you done during Lent to make the world a better place?
–Deacon Jim Renwick
Contribution statements for 2013 will be available by calling the Rectory Office at 333-7011. Only requested statements will be mailed.
